How To Start The Weazel Plaza Shootout Random Event¶
The WM 29 Pistol is based on the Heckler & Koch P7M13 and was introduced to GTA Online on December 22nd. In order to obtain this weapon you’ll need to complete a Random Event which takes place on top of the Weazel Plaza Building. However, this event will only trigger 8 PM at 6 AM in-game time and you’ll need to be in the session for at least 20 minutes.
You’ll have a greater chance of seeing the event appear in public sessions, but it can be done in a private one. Once the event has begun you’ll want to make your way up to the roof and take out the enemies, then the weapon will be available to pick it up from the floor. Don’t worry if there’s other enemies nearby, as everyone and pick it up in that session.
What is The Weazel Plaza Shootout Random Event Based On?¶
This event is based on the movie Die Hard which was released back in 1988. The reason the Weazel Plaza is the location of choice is that it’s based on the Fox Plaza which was used in the movie and the WM 29 as it’s based on the Heckler & Koch P7M13 which was used by Hans Gruber.
