There is a small hole in the middle of a large circular construction. The scrap is in there.

San Chianski Mountains, Lagoon Cave

The scrap is inside a little lagoon cave here. There are jetskis around and a Jetmax. The scrap is on some sand inside the cave.

Off the East coast from the power station is a small island where you will find the letter scrap.

Climb up the ladder of the “I” of the Vinewood sign to find the scrap.

Enter the outdoor game room on the estate to find the scrap.

This scrap is found inside the maze at the Kortz Center between the Moseley and Biranda Buildings. Enter the maze and turn right at the first junction, then head left, left and left.

This scrap can be found on a bench on a small island in the middle of the graveyard.

You will gain a two-star Wanted Level unless you collect this scrap with Michael after he has started the Solomon missions. Go through the gate and head down the left alley and up the stairs to find the scrap.

This letter scrap is found on the second floor balcony of the Pearls restaurant.

The scrap is in the large dried up pool.

Jump up onto the middle platform inside the tunnel to find this scrap.

Los Santos International Airport, Underground Entrance

You will find this letter scrap to the right of the entrance, near a row of seats and luggage.
