This is guide for the special Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. These are high-level raids and will contain very powerful Pokémon you can battle.

After completing certain postgame events, you may encounter Black Tera Raid crystals on the overworld. These feature specific Pokémon and/or Pokémon with a specific Tera Type. These Pokémon are also incredibly strong!
During 1st to 4th and 15th to 18th December 2022, 
Charizard will appear in Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles. Charizard does not normally appear in Paldea and the Charizard caught here will have the Dragon Tera Type, plus a rare Mark: Mightiest. You can only catch one Charizard (per save game) during this event.
