How To Defeat And Catch Ogrepon

It turns out Ogrepon wants to be the latest partner Pokémon for our trainer, but they’ll need to prove themselves.

Trainers will need Pokémon with effective moves against Fire, Water, Rock and Grass types. Specifically, trainers will ideally have Water, Rock, Fire and Grass-type moves, although there’s plenty of other possibilities for move combinations. Defeating the four forms of Ogrepon will allow trainers to catch it just like a raid battle using any Pokéball they need.

(1 of 9) Trainers will need to face each of Ogrepons Mask forms in order to catch it.

How To Change Ogrepons Mask Form

(1 of 3) Ogrepon Stats Page 1

Ogrepon will have it’s Teal Mask (Grass) form as standard, so no need to worry there. However, to change things up it will need to hold either the Hearthflame (Fire), Wellspring (Water), or Cornerstone (Rock) mask. These will be sat in a trainers key items in their bag, just give Ogrepon one to hold like any other held item.
