How do trainers get the Festival Jinbei (Flashy) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask DLC? It’s going to cost a fortune, but we’ve got a simple solution to getting this post-game quest completed alongside getting all of the rewards from it.

Preparing For The “We Love Loyalty Plaza” Drive

Trainers must complete the “We Love Loyalty Plaza” Drive side quest in order to receive the Festival Jinbei (Flashy), which involves fundraising one million Pokédollars to restore the Loyal Three shrine. Yes, we know that’s messed up, but the Caretaker wants the tourist money it brings in.

Billy and O’Nare give out some insane rewards to make quick money.

Guess who gets to be the sole donor of this little fundraiser? That’s right trainers, so where is the million Pokédollars going to come from? From the Gliteratis finest, Billy and O’Nare of course. Following our guide on this side quest will ensure trainers have well over one million Pokédollars by selling all of the valuable items rewarded from it.

How To Get The Festival Jinbei (Flashy)

Once trainers have enough Pokédollars head towards Kitakami Hall to find the caretaker standing outside. Start a conversation with him to find out about his plans to restore The Loyalty Plaza for reasons mentioned above. To cut a long story short, keep donating $100,000 until the drive reaches one million Pokédollars. Trainers will receive a "Pretty Feather" iconPretty Feather for every donation made.

A cut scene then begins which shows the rebuild Loyalty Plaza. Trainers will then receive two rewards, a “Hurray!” emote and the coveted Festival Jinbei (Flashy). This can be equipped by pressing the left D-Pad button to open the clothing menu. Looks great, right?
