As you progress during your adventure in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll soon gain the ability to activate 
Landing Platforms out in 
The Highlands. These are one of the Exploration Challenges and will reward you with cosmetic gear as you complete each milestone.
When do Landing Platforms Unlock?¶
Before you can begin your search for the Landing Platforms, you’ll first need to progress the story far enough for them to become available. Once you have completed the Main Quest, Flight Class, you will be able to start landing on them with your Broom to activate them. Their only purpose is to work towards the Challenge.
You must first go into the Challenges screen to collect any rewards.
Beyond the small amount of EXP you obtain for landing on each platform, you won’t get anything else for them. The rewards come from completing the Challenge Milestones in the form of Quidditch themed cosmetics that you can apply to your gear.

Where to Find All Landing Platform Locations¶
Map markers for Landing Platforms won’t show up, even after you’ve completed the relevant Quest. The easiest way to find these is to use 
Revelio on your broom in the areas nearby these map markers.
