Floo Flames in Hogwarts are a handy way to travel around, manage time better and get straight to the main quests of Hogwarts Legacy in a flash. Whilst some Floo Flames are in popular locations making it easy for Witches and Wizards to fly by and unlock, some can be a bit harder to find. That’s why we’ve taken the liberty of finding every one and listing them below by area. There’s a table at the top of each section for those looking for quick information, with each Floo Flame location alongside a screenshot underneath for those who need it. Let’s get take a look at every Floo Flame in Hogwarts:

Astronomy Tower¶

On the left hand side of the starry sky wall at the top of the stairway.

Charms Class¶

Found between the telescope paintings on the oak wall.

Defense Against The Dark Arts Class¶

On the stone wall facing the class.

Defense Against The Dark Arts Tower¶

To the North, on the left of the large green plant and four-shade lamp.

Professor Fig’s Classroom¶

To the left and around the corner of the Witch and Gryffin blue Tapestry.

Transfiguration Class¶

On the East wall of the Transfiguration Courtyard.

Transfiguration Courtyard¶

At the bottom of the South-West stairwell, next to the stone bench and font.

Bell Tower Wing¶

Beasts Classroom¶

Students and Wizards will need to venture out onto the West facing grounds of HOgwarts to find the Beast Classroom Floo Flame on the building itself.

Bell Tower Courtyard¶

To the right of the large door, next to the suit of armor on the stone wall.

Flying Class Lawn¶

When facing Hogwarts School, this Floo Flame can be found to the right near the shrubs and bushes.

Hogwarts North Exit¶

This Floo Flame can be found under the archway when Witches and Wizards are facing South West.

West Tower¶

Found to the right of the forest stream tapestry situated on the North-East side of the West Tower.

Secret Rooms¶

Room Of Requirement¶

Found on the left-hand side of the Room of Requirement door. Don’t worry if you can’t see it, just move a little closer.

The Map Chamber¶

Head down the spiral stone staircase and down the hallway leading to the Map Chamber doorway. The Floo Flame can be found on the right hand-side as players start heading down the hallway.

The Grand Staircase¶

Lower Grand Staircase¶

Look for the two suits of armor next to the spiral pillars, this Floo Flame can be found between them.

Ravenclaw Common Room¶

On the right-hand side of the common room entrance arch after coming downstairs from the dorm rooms.

Ravenclaw Tower¶

On the North-East wall next to a blue pillar with Runes etched on it.

The Grand Staircase Tower¶

Between a wooden cupboard and display desk at the top of the stairway.

The Grand Staircase¶

On the West-Side stone wall between a lookout balcony and a passageway to the central spiral staircase.

The Quad Courtyard¶

Found on the west-side wall as players enter the Quad Courtyard.

The Trophy Room¶

On the left-hand side of the Trophy Room entrance, Wizards and Witches can’t miss this one.

The Great Hall¶

Hufflepuff Common Room¶

Facing North towards the dual curved stairways, the Floo Flame can be found on the right-hand side of the archway next to a display cabinet packed with plants.

The Boathouse¶

Mounted on the right-hand side of the Boathouse Wall.

The Great Hall¶

Mounted on the North-Facing stone brick column next to the multiple Hog-Headed pyres.

Viaduct Courtyard¶

Head down the first two flights of steps. The Floo Flame can be found on the wall to the left of the stone bench.

The Library Annex¶

Central Hall¶

On the stair landing on the left-hand side wall next to the three portraits under the gas lamp.

Divination Classroom¶

Found under the bird portrait on the North side wall.

Greenhouses¶

On a small stone pillar outside the classroom on the left.

Library¶

On the North-West wall mounted on the green wall in between two wood columns.

Potions Classroom¶

On the South-West brick wall as players walk through the doors.

The South Wing¶

Clocktower Courtyard¶

This Floo Flame is wall mounted below the wood joists on the left hand side of the door on the North-side.

Faculty Tower¶

Head North down the main corridor. The Floo Flame can be found just before the stone archway on the right-hand side.

Gryffindor Common Room¶

On the left-hand side of the common room archway leading down the hallway. Its as players head from their Dorm rooms, so it’s hard to miss.

Hogwarts South Exit¶

Head South out of Hogwarts, down the path to find a Stone Pillar with the South Exit Floo Flame attached.

Hospital Wing¶

This Floo Flame can only be accessed once Witches and Wizards can reach the Hospital Wing after starting “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament” main quest. Heading up the stairway will present the Floo Flame on the right-hand side.
