How to Find Richard Jackdaw’s Head in the Pumpkins - Hogwarts Legacy
For the most part, The Hunt for the Missing Pages is a simple quest as you follow Nearly Headless Nick to the Hogwart’s kitchens in search of rotten beef. You then travel with him to Hogsmeade to present Sir Patrick Delaney-Podmore with the aforementioned delicacy, before being presented with a task that you need to complete before you’re able to speak with Richard Jackdaw about the missing pages from the book you found in the forbidden section of the library.
Use the Revelio Spell to Find Jackdaw’s Head in the Pumpkins 5 Times
The task you need to complete involves finding Richard Jackdaw’s missing head in the pumpkins 5 times. This takes place at The Magic Neep in western Hogsmeade, and you’ll be surrounded by ghosts who cheer you on to find the head. You may find yourself splattering pumpkins to smithereens for a good while before you find Jackdaw’s head, and although you’re encouraged to destroy the pumpkins wherever you see them, you can make this quest much shorter by using the 
Revelio spell. You need to cast this to reveal the location of the specific pumpkin which contains Jackdaw’s head, and you’ll find that it glows blue to distinguish it from the others, as shown in the screenshot below.
Use Revelio as many times as you need to reveal the pumpkin containing Jackdaw’s head, then destroy it using a basic spell cast, forcing him to move to another pumpkin for you to find the head again. Do this 5 times to complete the task in a more timely manner, it’s as simple as that!
