How To Start Take The Biscuit Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy
After you’ve completed the Main Story Quest “Astronomy Class’” you’ll be able to speak with Garnuff who can be found standing underneath a bridge to the west of J. Pippin’s Potions. He seems distressed as his beast which is a Mooncalf named Biscuit was abducted by some nearby Poachers. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have the strength nor skills to fight them off, so he has requested that we try and get Biscuit!
How To Defeat The Poachers
Head to the East North Ford Bog Floo Flame, then walk/fly northeast to find a Small Bandit Camp. Here you’ll need to deal with multiple Poachers that’ll be using different types of Shields which are indicated by the color. Red Shields will require you to use Damage Spells, Purple Shields will require you to use Force Spells and Yellow Spells will require you to use Control Spells.
Avoid changing targets otherwise you’ll be constantly fighting multiple enemies, so focus on one until they are dead. Additionally, keep on the lookout for a yellow circle around your head, so you can use Protego which will allow you to perform Stupefy. This will temporarily stun them, allowing you to heal up or kill them.
Where To Find Biscuit in Hogwarts Legacy
Once the Poachers have been dealt with you’ll want to make your way over to the large nearby cage which has Level 1 Lock on it. Use Alohomora which was unlocked via The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament“ Main Quest to pick the lock. If you’re not quite sure how to lock pick, then check our guide here: How To Lock Pick Using Alohomora In Hogwarts Legacy.
After the cage has been unlocked all the Mooncalfs will make a run for it, so hover over them until you find one called Biscuit, then slow it down with Levioso and use the Nab-Sack to rescue it. Finally, return Biscuit to Garnuff in Hogsmeade to bring this quest to a close.
