The very last Natsai Onsai quest in Hogwarts Legacy is a short and sweet conclusion to her storyline. After this quest, you will be done with her questline completely and even receive an achievement. How to Start and Complete Acting on Instinct in Hogwarts Legacy¶
After you complete Harlow’s Last Stand, you should be moved to the Hogwarts Hospital Wing. It’s here that you will now find Natty sitting in a wheelchair talking to her mother. You will need to wait for Professor Onsai to move and then interact with Natty to start her last cutscene. She will discuss with you her feelings towards saving you, before having a realization about her father and then ending the cutscene.
After this is done, you will get an achievement and complete her quest line. There are two other companion quests that you can do in Hogwarts Legacy, one for Sebastion Sallow, and one for Poppy Sweeting.
