Attack Items generally deal fixed damage to all enemies. Early on and near the middle of the game, they can be very useful for wiping out tough mobs that have fairly low HP. Moreso if you use them alongside the Salve-maker‘s Attack Item ability (for 50% more damage) and against enemies weak to the item’s element (for another extra 50%).
