When healing matters, you’ll want a Staff for their boost to Mind, making your healing spells more effective. As weapons, Staves sit on the low end of the spectrum, with their poor Physical Attack and non-existent Magic Attack in case your healer wanted to double as a mage. At least you can boost their attack with Two-Handed, but other weapons will be superior still.
Note: All Staves have an Aim stat of 90 and do 25% more damage when attacking multiple enemies at once (unless noted).
