Hylian Shrooms aren’t anything fancy, but they’re not poisonous at least.

A common mushroom found near trees around Hyrule. Eat it to restore half a heart.

Raw Effect:

  • Recovery: 0.5 heart

Recipe Effect:

  • Duration: +30 seconds
  • Recovery: +1 heart

Where to Find

Hylian Shrooms are extremely common, so chances are you’re naturally stumble upon them.

If you desire precise locations, try Batrea Lake, across the river from Riverside Stable (there’s a raft you can borrow). Here, you’ll find many Hylian Shrooms in the woods around the lake.

Alternatively, if you haven’t been to the Great Plateau for a while, now could be a good time to return. Halfway between the Forest of Spirits and Hopper Pond, there’s a clearing with many shrooms. Just keep in mind it’s guarded by a Stone Talus.

Finally, do you need another excuse to visit Satori Mountain? Well, now you have one! Of note, there’s a tree-covered ledge at the midpoint between Mogg Latan Shrine and Dalite Forest with several shrooms.
