Make sure you have plenty of arrows for this particular Shrine. As the trial name implies, you will be doing a lot of shooting with your Bows.

Uses Stasis to freeze the ball in the middle of the air and then shoot at it once with an Arrow. It will land on the floor into its designated hollow.

Now you can Paraglide off of the springy blue platform near the entrance of the shrine. Open the chest in the back of the Shrine for a Topaz.

Drop down to the main floor and turn left, another treasure chest is high up there on a wooden platform. Shoot the ropes with Arrows so that the chest will fall to the floor, giving you a Falcon Bow.

Return to the springy platform and as you get vaulted into the air turn your camera to the left. You will see the switch nestled in an alcove above the monk’s room. Shoot it at the right time when you are in the air so you can claim your Spirit Orb.
