The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Toto Sah Shrine

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

Toto Sah Shrine is found across the river from Hickaly Woods, which is south of Dueling Peaks Stable in the Dueling Peaks region.

The shrine itself is hidden behind a breakable stone wall across the river next to Hickaly Woods. You should use cryonis to build yourself an iceblock in the river and then from there throw a bomb at the cave entrance.

(1 of 2) You’ll need to break the stone wall to reach the shrine

How to Complete Toto Sah: Toto Sah Apparatus

This shrine is all about motion control apparatus and using them to create pathways for yourself. The first one is straightforward, all you have to do is use your controller/console to tilt the rectangular pathway until you’ve lined it up between the two platforms. Head over your newly formed path and go up the stairs to the next apparatus.

The next apparatus is a bit more tricky, you’ll need to line up the three stairwells so you can go between your platform and the higher up one. The middle stairwell also needs to be tilted into the center so it lines up with the other stairs. It’s difficult to give a step-by-step for this, just tilt your controller/console until you’ve got everything lined up. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just lined up enough that you can make your way to the next section.

(1 of 3) The first puzzle is easy: just line up the bridge between the platforms.

The next apparatus is the trickiest. First you’ll want to tilt the apparatus so that the chest is topside, and make sure to line it up well enough that you can reach the platform. Head onto the platform and grab the key from the chest. You’ll need this later!

Finally, rotate and tilt the apparatus around until you’ve lined it up where the stairs are closest to your platform. There’s no right way of doing it, and it definitely doesn’t have to be perfect. Just make sure you have a clear pathway across to the final platform.

When you’re across the platform, you can then use the key to unlock the door to the end of the shrine where you can claim your Spirit Orb.

(1 of 3) You’ll first need to grab the key from the treasure chest on the underside of the structure.
