You can quickly return to the village via the Ta’loh Naeg Shrine/
Head to Olkin’s pumpkin farm to buy them from him
Fortified Pumpkin are more or less exclusively found in Kakariko Village. You can buy them from the pumpkin field to the east of the Armor Shop at 20 rupees a pop (maximum of 8 pumpkins at once).
