Akh Va’quot Shrine¶
This shrine serves as the fast travel point to the Rito. Fittingly, this shrine is themed after windmills and wind. The main puzzle is right in front of you but if you want to claim some goodies let’s take a brief detour. If not, you can skip down to when we tackle the windmills and beeline it to the monk.
Go up this way, ignoring the windmills for now
The treasure chests are tucked away
First go right up the stairs and then go past the strange orange contraption. Use Cryonis to move forward through the water. There are two treasure chests in alcoves along the wall to your right. The first one contains a Sapphire and the second one contains a Feathered Spear. Good stuff.
You can go closer if you need but it should be reachable from here
Keep this, it’s very precious
At the end of this hallway, shoot the orange switch. The gate behind you will open for a third chest. Open it for the highly valuable Ancient Core.
Return to the main room and see how some propellers are spinning, and others are not catching the wind. The goal of this puzzle is to make all the propellers spin at once! Rotate the fans by hitting the orange switches on their sides.
The bottom left fan needs to blow to the right. The bottom right corner fan needs to blow up. The top left corner fan needs to blow to the right. The two fans in the center both need to blow left. The top right fan needs to blow down.
Once all propellers are going at the same time you will be able to claim your Spirit Orb.
