Rota Ooh Shrine

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

Rota Ooh is a shrine found in Central Hyrule, right next to Outskirt Stable and southwest of Central Tower.

Rota Ooh Shrine Location.

How to Complete Rota Ooh Shrine: Passing of the Gates

To begin this shrine, you’ll want to pick up the ball up ahead and throw it into the metal basket next to the orange crystal. Then, shoot the orange crystal to trigger the whole structure to move 90 degrees anti-clockwise. This will cause the ball to roll into the hole behind the fence.

Throw the ball into the basket and then shoot the orange crystal to trigger the structure to move anti-clockwise.

This will cause a block to periodically spring from the ground, and if you stand on it you’ll be flung into the air. You can use this to your advantage and jump up into the air and paraglide over to the chest on the platform on the back wall. Inside the chest you’ll find a Feathered Edge sword. From there you’ll need to find your way back onto the structure and head towards the side with the orange crystal. You’ll need to hit it again but as it moves back to its original position, you’ll need to run anti-clockwise (the opposite way to the way it moves) so you can stay on top of the structure. From there you can head over to the end of the shrine and claim your spirit orb.

(1 of 3) You’ll need to place the ball in the hole so you can trigger the block to move upwards periodically.
