Search the ruins leading to the Northern Icehouse.
Electric Safflina mainly grow in the Gerudo Desert–especially in the northern half. Of note, there are over 20 in the ruins between Gerudo Town and the Northern Icehouse.
The Great Fairy Fountain in the far south-west corner of the desert.
Look around the fountain for up to eight Electric Safflina.
That’s not to say you can’t find ‘em in the southern desert. If you’ve been searching for other kinds of Safflina or Endura Carrots, you may know the Great Fairy Fountain in the far south-west corner has several.
