The Condor is a pretty common enemy in the areas surrounding Besaid and is a flying fiend, meaning it might be a little more difficult for anyone but Wakka to hit it with physical attacks. It is weak to fire, so Lulu could also blast it with her magic. Note that there is a small chance it can inflict Darkness with its attacks, and there’s even a chance it might decide to focus on Wakka only, if he’s in the battle.
