The Spirit is a fiend that is found in the Omega Ruins. While its magic defense isn’t very good, it will take half damage from all elements and absorb Thunder. It has access to the tier 2 elemental spells (-ra) and will use these whenever its turn comes up. At a low enough HP, the Spirit will use Thundaga on itself to heal. Any attack sent at the creature will cause it to counter with Poison Mist, which can inflict both Poison and Confusion. The easiest way to defeat these enemies is to Provoke them, as it makes them only cast White Wind on your party. Despite using White Wind, Kimahri cannot actually learn it from them.
