The Aqua Flan can be found in Yuna’s section of Via Purifico. Like all of Flans, it is resistant to physical attacks and absorbs its native element, which is water in this case. The easiest way to take it out is to have Lulu use Thundara or Thundaga on it. The only thing this enemy will do is use Watera on each of its turns, so you could also inflict Silence on it to make it basically useless.
