The Maze Larva is found in Yuna’s section of Via Purifico, but only in the last hallway right before you reach the boss. There’s nothing too special about this fiend, in terms of stats, but it will absorb Water. Under 50% HP, the Maze Larva will use Watera on itself to heal, which will also increase it stats. Otherwise, it will use Watera on a single party member. If you happen to have Provoke on someone, use it on the Maze Larva and it will only use Fire instead of the above. Since it is weak to Thunder, have Lulu cast either Thundara or Thundaga on it.
