The Accuracy Sphere is a special one that can be used on empty nodes to change them into Accuracy nodes, granting a +4 stat to it. While you may find a few of these during the main story, there is only a single enemy that drops it, the Hornet. Note that this is the Monster Arena boss that is available for capturing five of each Wasp-species fiends. The Accuracy Sphere is its common drop.
