The Skoll is a common fiend found on the Calm Lands. It is pretty standard and in line with the rest of the wolf-type fiends, as it only does basic attacks that have a chance to inflict Sleep or Silence. It’s a bit evasive, though, so characters with higher accuracy should focus on them. Despite the weakness to Fire and Thunder, it has a pretty high magic defense, so it’s better to stick to physical attacks.
