The Simurgh can be found on the Djose Highroad, although it might be a little more difficult to find than the other fiends. If you head to the northern end of the Djose Highroad, around the split where you can either go to the Djose Temple or the Moonflow, you might be more lucky. Outside of its rarer appearance, it’s like any other flying creature, so try to use Wakka if possible, although fire magic will also work. There is a chance it might focus its attacks on Wakka, plus its normal strikes have a chance to inflict Darkness.
