The Nidhogg is an armored fiend that is found in the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth, as well as on Mount Gagazet. It has a pretty powerful physical attack, plus it can use Flame Breath to hit all of your characters. The Nidhogg is also armored, so you will need weapons with Piercing on it, or to have Auron use Armor Break, although Auron probably has enough strength to one-shot it at this point in the game. Despite the weakness to Ice, it does have pretty high magic defense.
