The Fallen Monk with the rifle can be found in the latter area of Zanarkand. They are always in the Zombie status, so they are vulnerable to both healing magic and items. They have rather low health when compared to other enemies, so they shouldn’t be too much trouble to defeat. They will attack a single character with their rifle, which is actually capable of inflicting Zombie.
