The Blue Element can be found in the Macalania Woods and is the next in line of the Element class of enemies. That means it’s resistant to physical damage and is only weak to a single element, Thunder in this case. All other elements either are halved or absorbed. Thus, it’s best to have Lulu blast it with Thundara to bring it down quickly, as its Watera attack can hurt quite a bit at the stage of the game where you’re first passing through the woods.
