You will find the Piranha enemy in the waters in Besaid and it is not a part of the [Monster Arena] Area Conquest for Besaid. That being said, they are pretty easy enemies and come in three varieties, which is either a single Piranha, two of them, or three. There will be some minor differences in stats between the three variations, with their HP doubling or tripling, depending on the number. They cannot be captured and have no special abilities.
