The Defender is a fiend that can be found inside the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. It is physically strong, so you will have to be wary of your health when it attacks. Haymaker is pretty much a stronger version of its normal attack. It is armored, so you will either need weapons with Piercing on them, or have Auron use Armor Break. Since its magic defense is pretty low and it has no strengths, you can also use magic on it. Unlike Defender X, using Provoke on it will make it only use Haymaker, so don’t do that.
