Nilou

Nilou is a premier DPS for any player wishing to take advantage of Bloom reactions. Despite her delicate features, she is able to strike enemies with attacks that deal high amounts of damage. Introduction¶

Nilou is an elegant character who uses elements of dance in her attacks. She attacks using a sword and is a main DPS who can implement powerful Hydro infusions with her elemental burst. She thrives on Dendro reaction teams and is made to work well with Dendro characters.

Skills Talents¶

Elemental Skill		Dance of Haftkarsvar	Nilou activates the Pirouette state. This allows her to deal Hydro damage with her normal attack. Her three consecutive attacks will be altered, and on the last step, she will release AoE Hydro damage. The damage done in this state is based on Nilous health.
Elemental Burst		Dance of Abzendegi: Distant Dreams, Listening Spring	Nilou unleashes a powerful Hydro AoE that scales off of her health.

Talent 1 / Ascension 1		Court of Dancing Petals	When Nilou is in a Hydro and Dendro only team, this ability will increase the party’s elemental mastery by 100 points after Nilou does the third step of her elemental burst. This will last for ten seconds. Additionally, Bountiful Cores now replace the Dendro ones when triggering Bloom reactions but have a larger AoE. This effect is called Golden Chalice’s Bounty.
Talent 2 / Ascension 4		Dreamy Dance of Aeons	After Nilou’s health reaches 30,000 every additional 1,000 points increases the Bountiful Cores damage by 9 percent with a cap of 400 percent extra damage.

4		Fricative Pulse	When using Nilou’s elemental skill, Dance of Haftkarsvar’s. She will gain 15 elemental energy particles on the third step of her attack, and her elemental burst damage will increase by 50 percent for an eight-second period.
5		Twirling Light	Dance of Haftkarsvar can now be leveled to 15.
6		Frostbreaker’s Melody	For every 1,000 points of health Nilou has, she will receive a 0.6 percent increase to crit rate and a 1.2 percent increase to crit damage. The max increase this constellation is able to hit is 30 percent and 60 percent.

Nilou, like some other characters in Genshin Impact, is made to work with certain teams. Ideally, Nilou will be run only with other Hydro characters, with at least your fourth slot being used for a character who can apply the Dendro element when off-field. Here is an example of what type of team Nilou best functions on

While she can be run in taser teams with characters like Fischl, her talents will be rendered useless.

Second Best		Freedom-Sworn	46	Elemental Mastery	A part of the “Millennial Movement” that wanders amidst the winds. Increases damage by 10%.When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed, and all nearby party members will obtain “Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance” for 12s. Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance“ increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 16% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement,” buffs of the same type will not stack.
