Talk to Katheryne
Head to Inazuma and speak with Katheryne and she’ll inform you that Rifthounds have been attacking the Sacred Sakura and the Tenryou Commission hasn’t had much defending it. Warp over to the Grand Narukami Shrine, then walk northeast until you find some Rifthounds getting up to mischief.
Defeat the Rifthounds
Here you’ll need to take down multiple waves of Rifthounds which will include three Rockfond Rifthound Whelps, Rockfond Rifthound, Thundercraven Rifthound and finally two Thundercraven Rifthound Whelp. However, during the wave a friendly face will show to lend a hand and a scene will play out.
Look for the marks left behind
After you’ve finished listening to Ei, follow the path up and head across the wooden bridge. You’ll then notice some purple markings on the rock ahead, so climb up and walk past the pedestals to find more markings that you’ll want to follow until you reach Araumi. Here you’ll speak with a ghost of a samurai that shares his experience on what happened during the disaster that took place 500 years ago.
Continue the pursuit
Once your conversation with Ei has come to a close, continue the rocky path and eventually you’ll stumble across two Rockfond Rifthound Whelps and Thundercraven Rifthound Whelps. Thankfully, you’ll only be able to play as the Raiden Shogun here, so you’ll be able to take them down relatively quickly. Upon defeating the Rifthounds, Furuyama who was a part of the disaster in Inazuma will appear and share his story.
Go to the Kamisato Estate to get a tea set
Furuyama wanted to give his guest some tea, but due to the current circumstances he cannot, so make your way over to Kamisato Estate and speak with Hirano about borrowing a Tea Set. Whilst you’re waiting, the Raiden Shogun uses the time to answer any questions you may have about the past.
Go to where the tea master is
Once Hirano has brought over the Tea Set, return to Araumi and speak with Furuyama to continue where you left off. Unfortunately, the Ley Line was strong enough to keep him around, so you’ll have to enjoy a nice warm tea with Ei and the quest will come to a close.
