Head to the Xinyue Kiosk which can be found southeast of the upper Liyue Harbor waypoint, enter the restaurant and talk to Huixin, you’ll get a cut scene describing to Ganyu how the people in Liyue need her.
Ganyu will decide to head back to the Yuehai Pavilion and speak with the secretaries, after one last scene, Ganyu will realize she is needed there for now and this will end the entire quest line…for now.
