Once you reach Hateno Village, you can find Sayge at Kochi Dye Shop. This is located right up from the village general store, and Sayge has bright red hair making him rather easy to spot. When you talk to him for the first time, he will explain that he can dye clothes and change the fabric on your paraglider for a fee of 20 Rupees. He will also give you the "Cece Fabric" iconCece Fabric and explain that by visiting the different areas of Hyrule, you can find even more fabrics to customize your "Paraglider" iconParaglider with.

(1 of 3) Sayge will give you the Cece paraglider fabric for free when you first meet him.

Once you are ready to change the paraglider, speak with Sayge and choose the “Rework the paraglider” option from his menu. Another menu will pop up showing you the fabrics you have collected, and when you hover over them, the paraglider on the right side of the screen will change to show you the pattern. Once you have made a choice, select it and hit ok. Sayge will then send you into the chimney and shoot Link up in the air so that you can see your new fabric in action.
