In order to get all the armor in Tears of The Kingdom, you will need to search far and wide. The Mystic Armor set, as well as, the monster masks all come from one place, 
Koltin’s Shop. This shop won’t appear until you have completed certain side quests, making it hard to find for most players. The guide below goes over everything that Koltin sells and how many 
Bubbul Gems you will need to purchase then in Tears of The Kingdom.

Cost of All Items at Koltin’s Shop¶
Koltin’s shop is unlocked during the side adventure, The Search For Koltin. There are a total of 13 items you can buy from Koltin’s shop. The most valuable being the Mystic Armor set. You will also get all the monster masks from Koltin, as well as some rare monster drops.

You will need to gather a total of 45 Bubbul Gems to get all the items in Koltin’s shop. Once you are done purchasing the items, Koltin will ask you to bring him the rest of the Bubbul Gems. There are 146 Bubbul Frogs in the game so this will take quite some time. Koltin can sense Bubbul Frogs so speak with him for hints on where to find them.

- Southeast of Snowfield Stable
- East of Faron Woods
- Isle of Rabac
- Southeast of the Gerudo Desert Gateway
What Happens When You Give Koltin All The Bubbul Gems?¶
If you give Koltin all 146 Bubbul Gems, 46 of which you use to buy all the items in his shop, you will get Koltin’s Fabric. Koltin will also turn into a 
Blupee abandoning his cart and running off. You can speak to 
Kilton in Tarry Town to let him know his brother’s fate. His stall still appears at night, but will now have Blupees hopping around.
