The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

One-Hit Wonder! Walkthrough - Zelda Tears of The Kingdom

By
Jessica Dillon

One-Hit Wonder is arguably one of the shortest side quests in the game. All you need to do is find where to start the quest and use an easy trick to quickly break open an "Ore Deposit" iconOre Deposit. After this, the quest will be complete and you are able to collect some rare gems as your reward. The guide below goes over how to start One-Hit Wonder and how to easily complete the quest.

Speak with Parcy outside of South Akkala Stable to start One-Hit Wonder!

How to Smash Parcy’s Ore Deposit in One Hit

To start One-Hit Wonder!, go to the South Akkala Stable. In front of the Stable, directly across the road, you will see a woman attack an Ore Deposit. Her name is Parcy and she bets that Link can’t destroy the Ore Deposit in one hit. This is incredibly easy to do, even if you just started playing the game, and will give you quite a few rare gems to sell.

To break the Ore Deposit in one hit, simply fuse a "Bomb Flower" iconBomb Flower onto an arrow, step back to a safe distance, and shoot at the Ore Deposit. This will easily break it, and Parcy will take notice, completing the quest. She doesn’t directly give you any rewards, as the gems you earn come from the deposit itself. You will be able to pick up a Ruby, "Sapphire" iconSapphire, and Topaz.
