How to Activate Upland Zorana Skyview Tower

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page details how to unlock Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, which can be found in the Lanaryu Region in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Where to Find Upland Zorana Skyview Tower

"Upland Zorana Skyview Tower" iconUpland Zorana Skyview Tower (Map Marker) is found atop a super high plateau to the east of "Zora's Domain" iconZora’s Domain. There are a few ways to get to the top of this plateau. If you complete the Zora main quest "Restoring the Zora Armor" iconRestoring the Zora Armor, you’ll obtain the Zora armor that allows you to swim up waterfalls. Conveniently, there is a waterfall just outside Zora’s Domain that takes you right up to the tower plateau.

However, if you don’t have the "Zora Armor" iconZora Armor yet, you’ll have to climb up the plateau. There isn’t an entirely straight forward route but if you take the path past the big waterfall and kinda continue until you’re south ish of the tower plateau. From here, you should be able to see some more ledges jutting out of the cliff face that you can use to scale the tall cliff safely without draining all your stamina. If you do go this way though, beware of the Wizzrobes! You’ll know you’re going in the direction when you see the sludge around the place - it’s kinda like a breadcrumb trail to the tower!

Follow the sludge to the top of the plateau!

Once you’ve arrived at the top of the plateau, you’ll see that there is a lot of sludge around. In order to enter into the Skyview Tower, you’ll need to use a "Splash Fruit" iconSplash Fruit to get rid of the sludge blocking the door. Chances are you probably already have some Splash Fruit as they grow in abundance in the Lanaryu region. But if you’ve not got any, you can head around the back of the tower, and you’ll find a plant growing there!

Grab a splash fruit and throw it at the sludge blocking your entrance!

After clearing the sludge, you’ll be free to activate the shrine and soar into the sky!
