Description

Cursed areas are plagued by dark magic, but you can cleanse the area if you locate the Cursed Symbol and destroy it. You can do this by shooting it, burning it or hitting it with your melee weapon. There are three cursed areas in East Anglia.

Cursed Area #1

This cursed area is located west of Brisleah Farm. You’ll enter into the mines during the Legend of Beowulf Saga and during the Grime’s Graves mystery. Enter mines down shaft to the south of the cursed area marker location and make your way through the tunnels until you find a large chasm area where you’ll locate the symbol.

(1 of 2) To enter into the shaft, head to the marker for Grime’s Graves

To enter into the shaft, head to the marker for Grime’s Graves (left), then follow the mine shaft tunnels north to reach the cursed symbol. (right)

Cursed Area #2

This cursed area is located northwest of the Ruined Tower synchronization point. The symbol is located high up in the tree, so use your Odin’s Sight to distinguish the skull easier.

(1 of 2) You’ll find a cursed tree northwest of the Ruined Tower

You’ll find a cursed tree northwest of the Ruined Tower (left), and you’ll need to shoot down the skull hiding in the branches. (right)

Cursed Area #3

This cursed area is located east of King’s Bury. Head into the ruin and climb up the walls, then shoot through wooden plank barricade at the top of the ruin to destroy symbol. On the ground of the tower, you’ll spot some mushrooms. These are very poisonous and Eivor will begin swaying and puking - you might want to avoid eating them!

(1 of 2) East of King’s Bury, you’ll find a ruined tower

East of King’s Bury, you’ll find a ruined tower (left), and at the top of it you’ll find a cursed skull. (right)
