This quest begins immediately after Of All That Has Passed…. As with most of the reporting to Randvi quests, all you need to do is speak with her in the longhouse at Ravensthorpe. There will be a bit of a conversation about Sigurd, after which the quest will complete. Be sure to speak with Basim nearby afterward.

Speaking with Randvi unlocks the Calling in a Favor trophy.
