There is only one flying paper to be found in Snotinghamscire, located in Hemthorpe.

Snotinghamscire Flying Paper - Western Hemthorpe¶

You’ll find this flying paper in the western part of the town of Hemthorpe, in the north of Snotinghamscire. The paper is located on top of the shipyard building, and you’ll be chasing it southeast along the docks. The paper will stop at the other side of the docks, and you’ll be able to see it the entire time, making this one of the easiest flying paper mysteries. The paper provides the Vegvisir Scheme (head).
