Port Auley Trade: The Ivory Post

Scott Peers

How to Clear the Trade Post at Port Auley

To complete this quest, you’ll first need to clear the Trade Post at Port Auley, located northwest of Dublin in the region of Connacht. Once you’re inside the post you’ll be confronted by a number of Druidic mobs. Most of these will be easy to deal with, but some are more specialised and can be tricky to hit. For those which move incredibly quickly and dodge most of your hits, use high damage abilities to kill them quickly. You’ll also want to avoid their poison attacks, so stay out of their melee range and avoid incoming missiles if possible.

Investigate Port Auley and Obtain the Deed from Kesh Corann

When all the enemies are dead, use Odin’s Sight to highlight the location of the clue which will direct you to the location of the deed that you need to build the trade post. You’ll find the note on the southern side of the trade post, within the battlements. You’ll need to slip under a hole in the wall to reach the note, then read it to update the quest log.

Once you’ve read the note, the quest objective will update with the location of the deed. Check the world map to see where you need to go. In this case, the deed is located at the Druidic hideout of Kesh Corann, located south of Port Auley. Make your way there and then approach the hideout from the southeast. Here you’ll find a barricaded entrance which you can destroy with a fire pot, or by using the Incendiary Powder Trap ranged ability. Once you’ve destroyed the barricade, you’ll find the chest containing the deed on the other side.

After you’ve looted the deed, all that remains is for you to return to Port Auley and interact with the signboard to build the trade post.

(1 of 6) You'll need to kill all the druids in Port Auley before you can investigate the trade post.
