Children of Danu Order: How to Find The Mist
Investigate Doon Daven stone circle in northern Ulster
The first clue to finding The Mist leads you to Doon Daven stone circle in northern Ulster, located west of the Slaney River. You should be careful as you approach the area, since it’s heavily guarded by druids. You’ll find it difficult to reach the clue beneath the figure at the centre of the stone circle without alerting at least a few of the druids, so your best chance is to take them out as quietly as possible without alerting the entire camp. Try assassinations, but if that doesn’t work you can wait for a few druids to be grouped together before using a high damage area of effect ability such as Incendiary Powder Trap. When all the druids are dead you’ll be able to loot the clue unhindered.
Search the Decaying Boat Near Foyne Reservoir, Northwest of Aileach
After looting the clue at Doon Daven, you’ll be directed to a decaying boat near Foyne Reservoir. The boat can be found near the coast just to the northwest of Aileach, in western Ulster. You’ll find the clue at the back of the boat beneath some spikes. Once looted, you’ll reveal the identity of The Mist as High Druid Trian, he of the stone circles.
Find and Kill The Mist (Trian, he of the stone circles) at Doon Fort in Western Ulster
Once you’ve revealed the identity of The Mist, you’ll be able to track them to a small island known as Doon Fort, located in western Ulster as shown on the map below. The island is actually the site of a stone circle, with no real fortifications to speak of. You’ll find The Mist in the centre of the stone circle alongside a few other druids. Most of the druids here move swiftly and can be difficult to hit if you don’t combine dodges with light attacks and heavy attacks, so we recommend using high damage abilities to finish them quickly. When The Mist is defeated, remember to confirm the kill before leaving.
