Hamtunscire Tungsten Ingot Locations
There are a total of 10 Tungsten Ingots to be found throughout Hamtunscire.
This is a simple one. All you need to do is kill and loot the Gedriht, who can be found within the military camp at the blockade. The Gedriht will be marked with a gold icon above their head, indicating that they have the ingot.
This ingot can be found at Uffentune, located in the northwest of Hamtunscire. The area is heavily guarded, so you’ll need to defeat multiple enemies before you can loot the chest without being harassed. To access the chest, climb the building on its southern side and shoot the lock to the door from above. You can then shoot the wooden barricade beneath the room where the chest is contained, granting access to the small room with the chest.
West of Readingum Abbey
This one can be found in a small house about 450m west of Readingum Abbey. While there are two locked doors to the house, you’ll find an open window on the northern side. Use this to enter the house. However, you’ll note that the chest requires a key, with a clue on the table indicating where to find it. You will find the key at the bottom of a well in the woods to the west, about 140m from the house. The well is situated near a burnt house surrounded by wolves.
Another simple one. The outpost is located in the northeast of Hamtunscire. This time the ingot can be looted from a Banneret. The outpost is heavily guarded, so you’ll need to be careful if you’re below the recommended level for the area. To break through the Banneret’s blocks, use heavy attacks. These won’t work against his special parry stance, but you can resort to ranged attacks to deal damage when he assumes it.
This ingot is located behind a locked door at the Fearnhamme Ruins. To access it, you’ll need to climb the wall behind the door from its northern side, then shoot the link holding the chandelier in place once you’re at the top. This will crash down into the barricade below, allowing you to enter and shoot the lock to the door from the other side. You can now open the door and loot the chest as normal.
Clausentum Bandit Hideout
You’ll find two Tungsten Ingots at this location. One can be looted from a Goliath, and the other is in a chest at the bottom of a barricaded room near the centre of the ruins. You’ll find a fire pot nearby which you can use to destroy the barricade, granting access to the chest.
This one can be found in a structure in Werham Barracks, located in the south of Werham. Before you can open the chest you’ll need to find two keys nearby. The first can be found in a small house immediately to the west, which you can enter through a window from its southern side. The second can be found in a tower behind the building where the chest is (to the south).
Dertemor Bandit Camp
This one can be found in a small house within Dertemor Bandit Camp, located in the southwest of Hamtunscire. Before you can loot it, you’ll need to take the key from a nearby Man at Arms.
Isle of Wiht
This one can be found in a bandit camp on the Isle of Wiht. More specifically, you’ll find the bandit camp in the south of the island. The chest can be found in a tower in the camp. To access it, you’ll need to kill and loot the Goliath for a key to the door.
