Mucel the Lathe is found on the banks of the river in Buckingham, just south of the Buckingham marker. Mark him to reveal the exact location of his whereabouts.

When you kill Mucel, you’ll get a clue towards the Warden of Wealth Maegester and another Warden of Wealth.
